Returns & Refund Policy
If the buyer receives the wrong item, or the item arrives broken, damaged, or faulty they are entitled to return it for a full refund.
After a return is delivered back to us successfully with a delivery or tracking delivery proof, We will issue Full Refund with in 03 – 14 working days.
We do not have to refund a customer if they:
knew an item was faulty when they bought it.
Damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it (though they may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund).
No longer want an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour)
If customers told us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel or return. They have another 14 days to return delivered back the goods once they’ve told us.
We refund the customer within 03 – 14 days of receiving the goods back. Proof of purchase:-
We may ask the customer for proof that they bought an item from you. This could be a sales receipt or other evidence such as a bank statement or packaging.
Items returned by someone other than the buyer:-
We only have to accept returns from the person who bought the item.
